TechFlow news, November 3: Bubblemaps posted on social media stating it is currently unclear whether the address claiming to represent Balancer and offering a $20 million white-hat bounty to the hacker for returning the stolen funds is an official Balancer entity or another attacker.
Earlier, GoPlus posted on social media saying, "Balancer has issued an on-chain message: willing to pay 20% of the stolen assets as a white-hat reward to recover the assets, valid within 48 hours."
