TechFlow news, October 28 — According to Newsfilecorp, Canadian publicly traded company Universal Digital announced it has signed a subscription agreement with Helena Global Investment Opportunities 1 Ltd to issue senior secured convertible bonds to raise $50 million in support of its Bitcoin accumulation and operations. The first tranche of bonds is expected to be issued around October 31, 2025, with issuance dates for subsequent tranches to be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
