TechFlow news, October 23: According to Bloomberg, prediction market platform Polymarket is in early-stage funding talks with investors, targeting a valuation between $12 billion and $15 billion—more than tenfold growth compared to four months ago. In June this year, Peter Thiel's Founders Fund led a $200 million investment round when the company was valued at $1 billion. Earlier this month, Intercontinental Exchange, parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, announced it would invest up to $2 billion in Polymarket at an approximate valuation of $8 billion. This series of funding rounds has made Polymarket CEO Shayne Coplan the youngest self-made billionaire.
