The meeting comes as Capitol Hill hosts a busy slate of cryptocurrency events tomorrow, including two industry roundtables—one hosted by Senator Gillibrand and another by Senator Tim Scott.
Republican and Democratic sources say they view these gatherings as positive momentum toward reviving bipartisan negotiations that have recently stalled.
