TechFlow news, October 21 — According to The Block, Bitdeer Technologies Group (Nasdaq: BTDR) announced it will fully internalize AI data center development. Analysts expect this move will improve the company's profit margins and accelerate its transition from infrastructure construction to revenue generation. In a report on Monday, Benchmark analyst Mark Palmer reiterated his bullish stance, setting a $38 price target, equivalent to six times projected 2026 revenues.
Bitdeer is developing a 570-megawatt campus in Claridon, Ohio, where power supply is expected to be available nearly a year earlier than originally planned by the end of 2026. The company also plans to deliver approximately 200 megawatts of AI-dedicated computing capacity by the end of 2026.
With BlackRock and Nvidia acquiring Aligned Data Centers for $40 billion, valuations for computing infrastructure have surged. Other Bitcoin miners such as CleanSpark, Bitfarms, and Iris Energy are also shifting toward AI and data center services to adapt to market changes.
