TechFlow news, October 20 — According to an official announcement, The Smarter Web Company, a UK-based Bitcoin treasury firm, has placed 1,337,000 ordinary shares under the subscription agreement announced on September 4, 2025. Total gross proceeds from this placement amount to £1,185,771.81 (before deduction of expenses), equivalent to approximately £0.89 per share, with the company expected to receive around 97% of the proceeds at settlement early this week. The remaining balance of ordinary shares yet to be placed under the subscription agreement amounts to 13,878,000 shares.
