TechFlow news, October 9 — According to the Sing Tao Daily, the Hong Kong Office of the Commissioner for Attracting Strategic Enterprises today announced that 18 companies, including the Polkadot Community Foundation, have settled in Hong Kong, bringing the total number of attracted strategic enterprises to 102. Polkadot co-founder Vincent said he began related educational work in Hong Kong three years ago. He noted Hong Kong's low tax rates and abundant talent pool, and added that recent regulatory initiatives by the Hong Kong government, such as licensing for stablecoins, make him optimistic about Hong Kong's prospects in advancing Web3.
