When Will the Composable Synergy of DeAI: The AI Layer1 Emerge?
DeFi's composability is relatively simple, all centered around fund flows with relatively unified standards.

After reading this AI Layer1 report, you'll realize that the current DeAI sector is in an early exploratory phase—characterized by clear division of labor but insufficient collaboration.
Each project has its own entry point: Sentient focuses on model loyalty, Sahara AI on data ownership, Ritual on compute optimization, Gensyn on solving AI training challenges, Bittensor on building incentive networks, and 0G on storage infrastructure.
This siloed development model has driven technological diversity, yet exposes a core issue: decentralized AI has not yet found a true composability standard.
Just as early DeFi protocols evolved independently until liquidity mining and composability matured, triggering an ecosystem explosion, AI Layer1 is also awaiting its "Lego-like" moment of synergy to drive a major upward wave.
DeFi's composability is relatively simple—centered around capital flow with unified standards. But AI spans four dimensions: data, models, compute, and storage, each with different technical standards, validation mechanisms, and incentive models, making unified composability significantly more challenging.
I believe the breakout moment for AI Layer1 could come from two directions: either a dominant project establishing de facto standards (Bittensor’s subnet model already shows signs of this), or the emergence of an "inter-protocol protocol"专门 designed to solve interoperability between different AI Layer1s.
