On April 6, 2025, ETHGlobal Taipei 2025 announced the list of eight winning projects: Signals, EthereumFighter, cellfi, AskCiaShen, Solva, HowDoxxedAmI?, DynaVest, and Nomadia.

1. Signals
Signals allows users to predict Bitcoin price ranges and rewards accurate forecasts, going beyond simple "yes/no" prediction markets. It transforms crowd sentiment into real-time market insight heatmaps.
2. EthereumFighter
EthereumFighter is a DeFi trading game where AI agents battle using fully homomorphic encryption, keeping strategies and balances hidden. It enables fair on-chain competition without exposing player data.
3. cellfi
cellfi enables users to send and receive USDC via SMS. Without requiring internet access or smartphones, it converts text message commands into blockchain transactions, allowing any basic mobile phone to use crypto assets.
4. AskCiaShen
AskCiaShen is an AI assistant that helps optimize DeFi portfolios by analyzing on-chain data to provide yield-enhancing, hedging, or risk-reduction recommendations, with interfaces tailored to users of varying experience levels.
5. Solva
Solva is a no-fee, wallet-free, jargon-free on-chain payment app. The process is simple: log in – deposit – instant transfer, like a blockchain version of Venmo.
6. HowDoxxedAmI?
HowDoxxedAmI? reveals how much privacy your wallet activity exposes—essentially a privacy hygiene tool akin to Chainalysis. It helps you identify risks and optimize your on-chain footprint to guard against potential vulnerabilities.
7. DynaVest
DynaVest is an AI agent that automatically executes and explains DeFi strategies based on your risk preferences. Users simply select a strategy and sign once; the rest is handled autonomously.
8. Nomadia
Nomadia is a peer-to-peer currency exchange platform that verifies identities via WorldID, enabling secure in-person transactions between real individuals—no banks or intermediaries required.
