OKX Web3 Wallet becomes the first multi-chain wallet to support EVM Blinks functionality
OKX Web3 Wallet users can now initiate on-chain transactions such as token staking, cross-chain swaps, and exchanges directly from social media platforms—all without paying any fees.
Navigating Web3 tides with focused insightsOn August 9, 2024, leading Web3 technology company OKX announced that the OKX Web3 Wallet now supports EVM Blockchain Links (Blinks)—a tool that transforms on-chain transactions into clickable links—making the OKX Web3 Wallet the first multi-chain wallet to extend Blinks functionality from Solana to EVM chains.
OKX Web3 Wallet users can now quickly and easily initiate on-chain transactions across multiple chains directly from their preferred social media platforms, such as token staking, cross-chain swaps, and exchanges—all without paying any fees. Users can copy the URL of a specific OKX Web3 Wallet product page and share these links on Blinks-supported websites and social media platforms (such as X). This allows users to initiate transactions directly from social media posts or messages without switching tabs or navigating away. For example, users can purchase an NFT directly from a post on X by clicking a shared Blink link.

This latest feature is the result of a strategic collaboration between the OKX Web3 Wallet and Dialect, the team behind Blinks, who focus on building tools and features to enhance the Web3 user experience. Additionally, to increase accessibility across the broader Web3 ecosystem, the OKX Web3 Wallet team is partnering with leading DeFi projects such as Kelp Finance to bring multi-chain Blinks functionality to their platforms.
This announcement follows recent support for Solana Blinks added to OKX Wallet. In line with its “Web3 gateway, one is enough” vision, OKX Web3 Wallet has recently added support for TON, bringing the total number of compatible blockchains to 100.
