The Arbitrum conference is scheduled for the 16th. ARB ecosystem incentives will take effect next week, and the ARB staking proposal appears likely to pass.
UPBIT UDC Conference
UDC is the annual flagship event hosted by UPBIT, South Korea’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, and has become a key indicator for potential new listings.
According to data from @jzinvest_xyz, among the 54 projects attending the conference, 13 have not yet been listed on UPBIT or do not have KRW trading pairs.

OpenAI Conference
On November 6, OpenAI will host its first-ever developer conference, "OpenAI DevDay," in San Francisco—potentially sparking AI-related market sentiment.

Both tokens may benefit from speculation around a potential LayerZero airdrop. Previously, Arbitrum conducted its airdrop just two days after creating an SSL certificate. Notably, LayerZero recently set up an SSL certificate for "http://layerzero.foundation" on November 3.
Additionally, Radiant could be one of the biggest beneficiaries of the ARB season, as received ARB tokens are directed to the new dLP vault, triggering direct purchases of RDNT. Unlike most STIP recipients who benefit only from increased activity or TVL, Radiant gains direct buying pressure.

Aptos (APT) will unlock approximately 24.84 million tokens on November 12 at 8:00 AM, valued at around $170 million;
Moonbeam (GLMR) will unlock about 3.04 million tokens on November 7 at 8:00 AM, worth approximately $700,000;
Hashflow (HFT) will unlock roughly 160 million tokens on November 7 at 8:00 AM, valued at around $41.8 million;
Euler (EUL) will unlock approximately 140,000 tokens on November 9 at 11:04 AM, worth about $500,000.
