PEPE drops 16%!
On August 25, the PEPE team's multi-sig address transferred 16 trillion PEPE tokens (worth approximately $15.08 million) into four centralized exchanges:
-
$7.99 million worth of 8.5 trillion PEPE tokens sent to OKX;
-
$6.29 million worth of 6.7 trillion PEPE tokens sent to Binance;
-
$410,000 worth of 445.1 billion PEPE tokens sent to Bybit;
-
$370,000 worth of 400 billion PEPE tokens sent to Kucoin.

In addition, the PEPE multi-signature wallet changed its threshold from 5 out of 8 to only 2 out of 8, meaning it no longer requires signatures from 5 of the 8 wallets to approve transactions, but now only requires 2 out of the 8 wallets.

The blatant dumping by the team has angered the community, including some "insiders."
Pauly, founder of Not Larva Labs, was so furious that he publicly revealed the identity of the PEPE founder on Twitter:

Zachary Testa, born in Phoenix, Arizona in 1997, graduated from Arizona State University in 2018 with a degree in marketing.
Pauly claimed that Testa used proceeds from the $pepe token launch to purchase an $865,000 purple Lamborghini, while his team paid nothing to Matt Furie, the original creator of Pepe the Frog.
Pauly stated that he was the one who initially helped the PEPE team connect with Binance’s listing team and Sushi’s team.

Zachary Testa’s biggest personal label is photographer. Photography captured his heart at age 12, and since then he has pursued it passionately as a life goal. His past works can be found on his personal website https://ztesta.com or on Instagram @zachtesta.

As a landscape photographer, Zachary Testa has traveled through wilderness areas and indigenous lands. His bold style led him to repeatedly break rules, including flying drones in prohibited zones. He has been fined multiple times by the National Park Service and even made it onto the blacklist of the public organization publiclandshateyou.
Currently, Zachary Testa has four publicly known wallet addresses:

Internal distribution addresses within the PEPE team include:

Finally, Pauly urged everyone to report to the SEC and added a friendly reminder: "When sanctions exceed $1 million, whistleblowers may receive rewards of 10% to 30% of the funds collected."
