The "POW'ER 2023 Hong Kong Web3 Innovators Summit" will be held at Cyberport, Hong Kong on January 9–10.

Today, the first batch of 37 industry heavyweights has been confirmed to attend, including representatives from Hong Kong's government and regulatory bodies, leading market virtual asset trading and management platforms, Hong Kong’s first licensed financial institutions, top global investment firms, as well as active Web3 entrepreneurs.
At this summit, Honorable Paul Chan, Financial Secretary of Hong Kong, will deliver the opening keynote as a special guest. Legislative Council member Junius Wu, Deputy CEO of Hong Kong Trade Development Council Eric Liu, and Cyberport CEO Peter Yan will give keynote speeches sharing insights on Hong Kong's new virtual asset policies and the development and implementation of Web3 in Hong Kong.
Wang Feng, core founding team member of element; Feng Bo, founder of Dragonfly Capital; and Cai Wensheng, chairman of Meitu, will also attend the summit. The three will discuss opportunities within virtual assets during Hong Kong's economic downturn. Justin Sun, founder of TRON and global advisor of Huobi, will join MarsBit co-founder Shang Siling for a live连线 to explore asset security issues and potential solutions for virtual asset trading platforms. He Yi, co-founder of Binance and head of Binance Labs, will connect with on-site guests to explain Binance Labs’ investment philosophy and share her outlook on blockchain industry trends in 2023.
The summit will primarily focus on two key themes: Hong Kong’s new virtual asset policies and the future development of Web3. King, COO of Cobo; Zhou Shuoji, Founding Partner of FBG; Kong Jianping, Founder of Nano Labs; JZ, Research Director at HashKey; Alex, Investment Director at IOBC; Kevin Shao, Founding Partner of Bitrise Capital, among others.
Additionally, the summit will host a networking cocktail event connecting Hong Kong financial institutions with the Web3 community, along with closed-door roundtable discussions between Web3 startup representatives and relevant Hong Kong organizations.
About the POW’ER Summit
