TechFlow news, August 12 — According to Businesswire, NYSE-listed company DigitalOcean announced it has issued convertible senior notes to qualified institutional buyers, raising $550 million. DigitalOcean is a U.S.-based cloud infrastructure provider offering virtual private servers to software developers and hosting a portion of Ethereum nodes. It previously raised $50 million in funding in 2020 with participation from a16z.
