TechFlow, July 31 — Robinhood released its second-quarter financial results for 2025. The report showed total net revenue reached $989 million, a 45% year-over-year increase; net income was $386 million, up 105% compared to the same period last year.
During the quarter, all of the company's business segments achieved significant revenue growth: transaction-based revenue rose 65% year-over-year to $539 million, with cryptocurrency revenue increasing by 98%; net interest income grew 25% to $357 million. Total platform assets increased 99% to $279 billion.
In terms of business expansion, Robinhood has completed the acquisition of cryptocurrency exchange Bitstamp and launched stock tokenization services across 30 European countries. The company also announced plans to acquire Canadian digital asset service provider WonderFi, with the transaction expected to close in the second half of 2025.
