TechFlow news, June 6 — According to official announcements, EigenLayer's Redistribution feature is now live on the testnet. This feature allows Active Validation Services (AVS) to redistribute slashed funds instead of burning them, enabling new use cases such as lending and insurance protocols.
The feature is currently operational on the Holesky, Sepolia, and Hoodi testnets, with a mainnet launch expected by the end of June or July.
