TechFlow news, June 5 — According to official announcements, OKX officially launched the xBTC Learn & Earn campaign at 16:00 UTC+8 on June 5, 2025. Participants will have the opportunity to explore in-depth the use cases of xBTC within the APT ecosystem and earn APT rewards by staking BTC. Users can join via the Explore section of the OKX App. The total prize pool for the event consists of 13,158 APT tokens, with limited rewards available on a first-come, first-served basis.
xBTC is a wrapped Bitcoin issued by OKX that strictly follows a 1:1 reserve mechanism. Users can withdraw BTC from exchanges to a target chain and receive an equivalent amount of xBTC, or deposit xBTC from the target chain back to the exchange to redeem BTC.
