TechFlow news, May 16 — According to Bloomberg, billionaire Michael Novogratz's Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd. is in talks with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) about plans to tokenize its shares and other equities through its digital asset platform. The company met with the SEC’s cryptocurrency task force in March to discuss the possibility of registering Galaxy shares on a blockchain. As of the end of March this year, Galaxy Digital managed approximately $7 billion in assets and is set to officially list on the Nasdaq stock exchange this Friday, having previously been listed only in Canada.
