He stated that due to ongoing harassment from a former partner, malicious exposure of personal information, and online hate, he chose to "permanently exit" by creating a fake death video. He explained this was the only way to prevent the collapse of the project's tokens $ZEREBRO and $OPAIUM, and said he has now deactivated all social media accounts. He plans to focus on a music career under anonymity, emphasized that this act was not for financial gain, and has informed family and friends of his safety.
