TechFlow news, April 24 — Officially announced today that Jonathan Brockmeier has formally joined OKX as Chief Compliance Officer, further strengthening collaboration with global regulators and reinforcing the trusted foundation built by the platform.
Previously, Jonathan served at fintech startup Zepz, leading the global compliance team and overseeing strategic planning, risk and governance for the second line of defense, market expansion, and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining Zepz, he established the compliance framework for the Americas at Singapore-based fintech unicorn Thunes, designing and implementing a regulatory structure covering the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the entire Latin American market. He also served as Chief Compliance Officer at Quberu and World First, and as a regulatory strategy advisor at Arcus, a Mastercard company.
