TechFlow, April 1 — Wang Chun, co-founder of F2Pool and astronaut aboard SpaceX's Crew Dragon spacecraft, posted on X: "Today, we became the 681st human to cross the Kármán line and the 626th human to orbit Earth."
Previous report, SpaceX’s Crew Dragon launched its sixth crewed mission (Fram-2) on April 1, 2025. The mission includes four astronauts: Wang Chun, Janick Mikkelsen, Rabeea Rogge, and Anierk Phillips.
Wang Chun, a Chinese entrepreneur born in Tianjin, began his career with Bitcoin investments (co-founding F2Pool) and has participated in multiple commercial space projects. This mission was privately funded by Wang Chun's team at nearly $200 million, marking the first privately contracted polar orbital mission in commercial spaceflight history. Wang Chun is not only the mission initiator and primary funder but also serves as the commander.
