TechFlow news, on March 24, Andre Cronje (AC), co-founder of Sonic, revealed further details on X about his previously teased algorithmic stablecoin project: when TVL reaches $10 million, APR could exceed 200%; when TVL hits $100 million, APR would be around 23.5%; and when TVL surpasses $1 billion, APR will stabilize at approximately 4.9%. AC stated that he plans to assemble a team to fully launch the project.
Previously, AC had posted on X last week indicating that the team had achieved technological breakthroughs in the field of algorithmic stablecoins, but due to past cycle experiences leaving him with "post-traumatic stress disorder" (PTSD), he was uncertain whether he should proceed with implementing the plan.
