TechFlow reports on March 7 that the SlowMist security team issued an alert detecting suspicious transactions related to the 1inch protocol. This security incident resulted in losses of approximately 2.4 million USDC and 1,276 WETH, with a total value exceeding $5 million.
The incident originated on March 5 at 23:00 Central European Time, when the 1inch team discovered a vulnerability in its parser smart contract, linked to an outdated Fusion v1 implementation. Previously, 1inch officially stated that user funds were not at risk, and only parsers using Fusion v1 within their own contracts were affected.
