TechFlow reports that the Sui Foundation has announced the launch of the SuiNS Initiative, aimed at driving impactful development and strengthening community collaboration by directly funding projects that align with the needs of the Sui ecosystem and promote the growth of SuiNS.
The application portal for the SuiNS RFP (Request for Proposals) program is now open. Developers can submit their proposals until March 18, 2025, at 15:59 (UTC+8). After submission, the RFP committee will review candidates and vote on which proposals will receive funding. Selected developers must sign a grant agreement outlining project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, and proceed with development accordingly. Additionally, to ensure transparency and accountability, selected developers must undergo an identity verification process.
SuiNS aims to provide users with a simple, human-readable identity that can be used across the Sui ecosystem, enabling more personalized and feature-rich interactions, thereby enhancing user experience and application functionality. The RFP program is designed to accelerate innovation within the Sui ecosystem—each RFP defines a specific focus area, encouraging developers to propose solutions and leverage funding to build them.
