TechFlow reported on January 9 that, according to CoinDesk, the MANTRA blockchain has partnered with UAE-based real estate developer DAMAC Group to tokenize at least $1 billion worth of assets by early 2025.
DAMAC operates across real estate development, hospitality, and data centers. The company has accepted Bitcoin and Ethereum for payments since 2022. Specific details of the tokenization projects will be announced in the coming weeks.
Notably, Trump recently revealed that DAMAC plans to invest $20 billion in building data centers across multiple U.S. states. MANTRA previously partnered with Dubai-based developer MAG Group to tokenize $500 million in assets.
