The total supply of BLUE is 1 billion tokens, with an initial circulating supply of 150.385 million. Of the total supply, 52% is allocated to ecosystem growth (unlocked over 5 years), 28% to strategic participants (unlocked over 3 years with a 1-year cliff), and 20% to core contributors (also unlocked over 3 years). BLUE holders can participate in protocol governance, including submitting proposals, voting, and resource allocation, enabling initiatives such as fee structure adjustments and incentive program launches.
