TechFlow reports that on November 28, Terence, an Ethereum protocol developer and Prysm maintainer, revealed that the Ethereum core developers' meeting (AllCoreDevs) has preliminarily reached a consensus to increase the blob target/maximum from the current 3/6 to 6/9. This proposal aims to enhance Ethereum's scalability, but its specific implementation still requires further testing and validation based on results from the development network (Devnet). Blob scaling is part of Ethereum’s Proto-Danksharding technology, designed to optimize data storage and transaction processing efficiency.
