TechFlow reports that in April 2024, MoveBit's security research team discovered a critical vulnerability in the Sui blockchain via the HackenProof platform. This vulnerability could have led to cross-chain funds being frozen within contracts and rendered unwithdrawable. After MoveBit reported the issue, the Sui team promptly implemented a fix, securing the ecosystem.
In accordance with responsible disclosure policies, MoveBit has now publicly disclosed this finding. This successful resolution once again highlights MoveBit’s ongoing commitment to safeguarding blockchain platforms and protecting users’ digital assets.
