TechFlow reports that the decentralized social protocol Mask Network has announced the acquisition of Nametag, a decentralized identity (DID) platform.
The acquisition will strengthen Mask's Next.ID product, enhance users' control over their digital identities, and accelerate Mask's technical migration to Layer 2.
Mask founder Suji Yan stated that this move will enhance its decentralized identity solution. Nametag has already integrated over 100,000 accounts across major social platforms and is known for its personalized tag management.
