Lybra Finance, the interest-bearing stablecoin issuer, announced that Lybra DAO will launch at 1:00 PM UTC on October 1 (9:00 PM Beijing Time). esLBR and LBR holders will be able to make key decisions about Lybra's future by submitting governance proposals and voting on them. Each proposal will have a 7-day voting window. If the DAO votes "yes" on an on-chain proposal, it will be automatically executed by the Time Lock two days after the vote concludes.
