TechFlow news: In a recent filing, the U.S. SEC stated that institutional custody platform Ceffu (formerly Binance Custody, Binance's custodial service) provides "third-party wallet custody software and support services" to BAM, the holding company of Binance.US. Ceffu has issued a statement denying this claim, emphasizing its focus on providing digital asset custody solutions to institutional clients outside the United States, and clarifying that BAM as well as BHL (Binance Holdings Limited) are not within its scope of services.
"In light of the SEC's assertions, we take this opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to regulatory compliance and maintaining a transparent and secure business environment."
