TechFlow News: Digital asset platform MetaComp has launched a service allowing stablecoin purchases of traditional securities such as money market funds and U.S. Treasury bonds.
According to co-founder Bo Bai, the company has received USDT and USDC from over 10 institutional and accredited investors, with transaction volumes reaching $50 million.
The service requires three licenses issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore: a Capital Markets Services license, an Approved Market Operator license, and a Major Payment Institution license.
