TechFlow reports that Allseated, a virtual venue presentation and event planning platform, has secured $20 million in equity financing. Allseated also announced it is spinning off its metaverse division, meetaverse, into an independent entity.
Founded in 2011, Allseated offers a collaborative space visualization platform that enables venues and planners to create virtual walkthroughs for prospective clients, including tools for generating 360-degree views of buildings and designing floor plans. In 2022, Allseated raised $15 million in funding led by Trinity Capital, aiming to expand from event visualization into the enterprise metaverse. The company launched its enterprise metaverse offering in May of last year.
