TechFlow reports that ZeroKPunk, a research and development engineer at Layer2 cross-chain bridge project Orbiter Finance, recently revealed on Twitter that he successfully completed a proof-of-concept (POC) for verifying a single Cairo program with low gas cost (approximately 290,000).
Currently, developers must submit and verify Cairo programs via SHARP. This new POC offers an alternative approach: developers can generate proofs locally and then deploy their own verification contracts at lower gas costs to validate Cairo programs.
