TechFlow reports that recently, Adeniyi Abiodun, co-founder of Mysten Labs—the development team behind Sui—responded on Twitter to user inquiries regarding SUI airdrops, clearly stating there will be no future SUI airdrop plans. Nevertheless, early SUI token entitlements in the market can still be obtained by participating in the SUIBG futures airdrop launched by BitKeep.
SUIBG (SUI Futures Token) is a futures token jointly initiated by BitKeep, a Web3 multi-chain wallet, and cryptocurrency exchange platform Bitget. It serves as a redemption voucher for SUI, the native token of Sui Network, after its mainnet launch.
Since its launch in mid-March, the SUIBG airdrop campaign has been available on both the BitKeep wallet and Bitget trading platform. Users may participate via red packet airdrops, ARBK user airdrops, trading mining, and friend referral events on BitKeep, or claim SUIBG by joining the SUIBG Carnival event on Bitget.
Regarding future SUI redemption rules, BitKeep stated it will only support redemption of SUI using SUIBG acquired through the above official channels; SUIBG obtained from other sources will not be eligible for redemption.
