TechFlow news: Moonshot Commons (formerly Moonshot Factory), a tech maker community, has completed a seed round of financing. The specific amount was not disclosed. The round was participated in by Hash Global, HashKey, ZhenFund, Zhichun Capital, ChainIDE, Shixiang Tech, RSS3, Paeonia Ventures, and individual investors including Mandy, founder of Planet Daily, and Jocy Lin, founding partner at IOSG Ventures. The funds will be used to expand its campus network and support productization efforts.
Moonshot Commons was founded in early 2021 by Gen Z engineers from institutions including the University of Chicago, Vassar College, the University of Pennsylvania, Parsons School of Design, Zhejiang University, and tech companies such as Meta.
