TechFlow news — According to the official Weibo account of Yiwu Municipal Government Press Office, on November 10, Yiwu City established a Bank Account Freeze Assistance Center. The center is primarily responsible for collecting and registering information on frozen accounts, promoting awareness and guiding market entities to standardize foreign trade payment practices, providing consultation services for unfreezing accounts, and assisting in communications with public security agencies in other regions.
If a bank account is found to be frozen, businesses should prepare documentation proving their legitimacy, such as business licenses, photos of operating premises, and property lease contracts; proactively contact the local public security agency that imposed the freeze to understand the situation; and seek advice from banks, lawyers, and relevant departments. After completing preliminary preparations, they should then visit the public security agency where the freeze was issued to explain the circumstances. If asked to sign records or other written documents, they must carefully review all statements before signing.
Currently, market entities can register and consult about account freezing issues through both online and offline channels.
