Arbitrum ecosystem protocol AFX cross-chain bridge attacked, approximately 24.15 million USDC lost

TechFlow reports, July 23, according to Blockaid monitoring, the Arbitrum ecosystem protocol AFX was attacked at 5:30 Beijing Time on July 23. The attack targeted the cross-chain bridge operated by AFX, resulting in approximately 24.15 million USDC being transferred from the protocol to date. Blockaid stated it is collaborating with the Arbitrum team to respond to the incident and assist relevant protocols in managing the risk of stolen funds.
