TechFlow news, July 02, CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost stated in a post that the view that "the market bottom has formed (the bottom is in)" continues to emerge in the community, but many overlook the true meaning of "bottom". From a technical perspective, a bottom usually refers to the lowest point occurring during a trend reversal process, specifically the position of the deepest lower shadow of the K-line (or even extremely short timeframes) under extreme circumstances.
However, the problem is that it is almost impossible for most investors to precisely buy the lowest point at this exact moment, therefore, blindly chasing "buying the bottom" or attempting to predict the bottom lacks practical significance. Instead of obsessing over the absolute low point of price, it is better to focus on "process management" of trading and investment, namely how to gradually establish and adjust risk exposure; position allocation itself is a process requiring continuous optimization, just as bottom formation also requires time for confirmation. Darkfost reminds market participants to avoid over-relying on narratives such as "the bottom has been reached", and to focus more on methodology and the execution process to enhance overall risk management capabilities.
