TechFlow news, June 30, Sonic SVM announced the launch of infrastructure platform North Star, aimed at providing instant, isolated execution environments for AI Agents and high-frequency decentralized applications.
According to the description, North Star is built on an ephemeral Rollup architecture. Developers need only a single SDK call to open independent execution sessions for AI Agents or applications on demand. AI Agents or applications can perform continuous computations such as high-frequency trading, real-time repricing, and multi-Agent collaboration in this environment at extremely low costs. Existing Solana programs can run within it without rewriting code, and all state changes after the session ends will be atomically settled back to the Solana mainnet.
Currently, the Solana on-chain AI Agent arena Eva.fun has become the first application built on North Star, and launched on the Solana mainnet simultaneously today. Sonic SVM stated that North Star aims to solve the infrastructure bottlenecks faced by AI Agents when performing continuous decisions and high-frequency execution on-chain.
