TechFlow News, June 5: According to Bitget market data, U.S. equities opened with the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 0.1%, the S&P 500 down 0.6%, and the Nasdaq Composite down 1.2%. Most semiconductor stocks declined: Arm (ARM.O) fell over 5%, Micron Technology (MU.O) dropped over 4%, Marvell Technology (MRVL.O) fell 6%, and Intel (INTC.O) declined over 5%. Lululemon (LULU.O) plunged over 10% following its earnings release.
The U.S. semiconductor and memory sectors broadly declined, with Marvell Technology (MRVL.O) down 6.58%; NVIDIA (NVDA) down 2.57%; Intel (INTC) down 5.88%; Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) down 4.23%; Broadcom (AVGO) down 3.56%; Qualcomm (QCOM) down 4.15%; Seagate Technology (STX) down 4.51%; Western Digital (WDC) down 6.48%; and SanDisk (SNDK) down 5.18%.
Additionally, crypto-related stocks broadly declined: MicroStrategy (MSTR) down 4.45%; Coinbase (COIN) down 4.44%; Circle (CRCL) down 3.94%; and SharpLink Gaming (SBET) down 5.07%.
