TechFlow News, May 29: On May 11, Bit Digital acquired approximately 8,568 ETH for $20 million, with an average purchase price of $2,334.25 per ETH. Following this transaction, its ETH holdings increased to approximately 158,461.75 ETH, further solidifying its position as the publicly traded company holding the largest amount of ETH.
Bit Digital stated that this增持 is intended to strengthen its ETH asset reserves, lower its average cost basis, and support growth in net asset value per share. The company currently focuses on three core business areas: Ethereum ecosystem strategy; AI/HPC infrastructure operations conducted through its subsidiary WhiteFiber; and strategic acquisitions.
