TechFlow news: On May 27, on-chain analyst PeckShield (@PeckShieldAlert) reported that StakeDAO (@StakeDAOHQ) on the Arbitrum network suffered an infinite minting vulnerability attack. The attacker minted a total of 5.4 trillion vsdCRV tokens, exchanged some of them for 43.781 ETH (approximately $91,200), and bridged the funds to the Ethereum address 0xeF3C...aa25.
According to on-chain analyst PeckShield (@PeckShieldAlert), StakeDAO (@StakeDAOHQ) on the Arbitrum network was exploited via an infinite minting vulnerability. The attacker minted a total of 5.4 trillion vsdCRV tokens, then swapped a portion of them for 43.781 ETH (approximately $91,200) and bridged the funds cross-chain to the Ethereum address 0xeF3C...aa25.
