TechFlow News, May 26: According to Aastocks, Guofu Quantum, a Hong Kong-listed company, announced that it will acquire a total of 11.89 million issued shares of Luffa AI—a decentralized social and messaging platform—for USD 19.8 million (approximately HKD 154 million). Additionally, Guofu Quantum will subscribe to 10 million newly issued shares of Luffa AI for USD 20 million (approximately HKD 156 million). Upon completion of the transaction, Guofu Quantum will hold a 19.9% equity stake in Luffa AI. Luffa AI primarily develops and operates AI- and Web3-based communication and social networking products and related services. It employs end-to-end encryption and distributed technologies to safeguard user data and serves as an infrastructure layer for autonomous AI agents—providing decentralized identity, permission management, and other services.
