TechFlow News, May 17: According to Cointelegraph, OpenAI and the Government of Malta announced the world’s first partnership to roll out ChatGPT Plus to all Maltese citizens—a landmark agreement marking the first time a government has entered into such a collaboration with the AI company. On Saturday, OpenAI announced that under this initiative, citizens who complete a government-supported AI literacy course will receive one year of free access to ChatGPT Plus. The course, developed by the University of Malta, covers the definition, capabilities, and limitations of artificial intelligence, as well as responsible use of AI in home and workplace settings.
