TechFlow News, May 11: SharpLink (SBET), an Ethereum treasury company listed on the Nasdaq, released its first-quarter financial results for the period ended March 31, 2026. As of the end of the quarter, the company’s Ethereum (ETH) holdings increased to 873,000 ETH (an increase of approximately 3,000 ETH since the end of March), with its GAAP-valued crypto assets totaling approximately $1.7 billion. Since launching its ETH treasury strategy in June 2025, the ETH-per-share metric (“ETH Concentration”) has risen from 2.0 to 4.02, and cumulative staking and on-chain yields have generated approximately 18,800 ETH. Driven by its active ETH management strategy, Q1 revenue surged year-on-year to $12.1 million.
