If approved, this change is expected to shorten the reinvestment interval and enhance liquidity and market efficiency. The proposal was submitted as a preliminary proxy statement on April 17, with the formal filing scheduled for April 28, followed by the commencement of voting. Voting will conclude on June 8. If the proposal passes, the new dividend frequency will take effect on June 30 and the first payment under the new schedule will be made on July 15.
