TechFlow News, March 23: According to Korea Economic Daily, SK Hynix plans to issue new shares and list American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) in the U.S., with the issuance size amounting to approximately 2.4% of its total share capital. The proceeds will be primarily used to expand production capacity for high-bandwidth memory (HBM) and advance the construction of the Yongin semiconductor cluster, reinforcing its leading position in the global AI semiconductor market. Earlier, SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won publicly announced the ADR listing initiative at NVIDIA’s GTC 2026 Developer Conference.
