TechFlow reports that on March 23, IoTeX officially announced the opening of the claims portal for compensating assets lost in the cross-chain bridge security incident that occurred on February 21. Affected users may now submit compensation claims via the official claims portal. Notably, the compensation ratio is 100%, meaning all lost assets will be fully reimbursed.
Earlier, analysts reported that IoTeX’s private keys were suspected to have been compromised, resulting in asset losses of approximately $4.3 million; however, IoTeX’s official statement indicated on-chain attack losses of roughly $2 million.
