TechFlow News: On March 10, according to IT Home, Xiaohongshu’s “Shu Guan Jia” (Potato Manager) announced on March 10 that it would strictly crack down on AI-managed accounts. The platform explicitly prohibits any use of technical means to simulate real users, automatically generate content, or engage in fake interactions. Starting immediately, a tiered penalty system will be implemented: accounts occasionally using AI for content creation and posting will receive warnings or have their content distribution restricted; accounts fully relying on AI for management and operations will be banned outright. The platform also urges users to use AI tools responsibly and continue sharing authentic content as real individuals. Users who discover such violations can report the relevant accounts to the platform via the reporting button.
